Went to gym for PE today.
Here's what I did:
5x( 8 dips + 10 hanging leg raises + 5 seated rows at 120lb + 5 12.5kg single arm bicep curls)
My abs were burning at the end. I didn't check what RenJie and the guys did so I can't note it down :/
After about 20 mins we went to do pull-ups but we were so shit tired so I decided to just do some interval training. I got this cool app called Interval Timer that plays a retarded short tune at preset intervals. I thought the workout was gonna be moderate but fuckkk I died.
20 seconds push-ups
10 sec rest
20 sec squats
10 sec rest
45 sec plank
10 sec rest
rinse and repeat 6 times. Haha felt fitter after doing it but the process was damn shitty! Super proud of RenJie and Tomo for pushing so hard. Everyone's gonna get a lot fitter and stronger in no time :D
